The meals can be easily frozen and reheated just before your dinner when you come home from a busy workday. Let your fantasy fly in adding some salads or appetizers, also cooked in Sofia’s kitchen.
Meals can have a vegan option if requested.
About Sofia:
Sofia’s love for cooking started very early. As a matter of fact, in middle school. After school, she would take her Grandma’s old cookbook and study the recipes. The easiest was a merengue, which she would do almost every day. Her Dad would praise young Sofia for her tenacity to master the recipe. At the age of fifteen, she was preparing daily family dinners.
Time forward, Sofia became a Professional Artist with an MFA degree (link to her artwork at: https://kids-art-museum.myshopify.com/), lived and worked in different countries, where she absorbed the taste and aroma of international cuisines.
Sofia perceives cooking as a creative endeavor where the raw ingredients, like colors in the painting, create a vivid masterpiece filled with aroma and flavor, texture, and color.
